Feature: Added Bubble and 3D Bubble chart types to Highcharts charts.

Improvement: Removed the Highcharts CDN dependency – all chart scripts now load from local plugin assets.
Improvement: Replaced hardcoded strings in the Folders feature with translatable strings.
BugFix: Fixed a reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability via the table search query parameter and hardened request input handling.
BugFix: Fixed the default option in the “Select how to use source file data” dropdown to show “Select an option”.

BugFix: Fixed issue with HighChart Stock library not working properly.
BugFix: Fixed issue with HighCharts stable version not working properly on the front-end.
